Full Scale Remodel & Multiple Additions

Master Bedroom Addition

This 600 sq. ft. addition will feature a new master bedroom, large master bathroom, additional bedrooms in the basement, remodeled kitchen, updated screen porch, and laundry moved to the second floor.

Lakeside Deck

These clients wanted to update their old wooden deck and wow did they ever upgrade! We removed all of the old decking and railings, repaired rotten structural framing, added structural floor framing to better support the new decking, installed Zuri decking, aluminum railings, added a staircase to allow access to the backyard and future pool, and we custom wrapped the columns with LP Smart Trims.
